  Trinity Securities Group
   Established in 2001, Trinity Securities Group is a Thailand-based, full-scale investment bank. Though a relatively newcomer to Thailand's investment banking scene, Trinity's Board members and management team are drawn from a distinguished pool of professionals in the Thai banking, finance, and securities industries.
    As of April 2008, the Company has 877.76 million baht in registered capital. Its principal shareholders are Krung Thai Bank Plc.-Thailand's largest state-owned bank, Com-Link Company Limited, Thailand's sole concessionaire of fiber optics networks, and Thailand Equity Fund-a mutual fund under the sponsorship of CalPERS, and the Asian Development Bank.
    The continuing growth in the Group's businesses has enabled to Trinity Watthana to go public on December 18, 2002. Since the first day of trading, "TNITY" has continued to retain the confidence of both local and foreign investors, both retail and institutional
 

Structure
Trinity Securities Group, Thailand's first securities firm with a "Holding Company" structure, is composed of four separate companies:

  • Trinity Watthana Public Company Limited, the Group's flagship and investment vehicle
  • Trinity Securities Company Limited-provides brokering and securities research services ,dealing,underwriting,private fund and advisory services.
  • Trinity Polaris Futures Company Limited - provides derivatives agent.
  • Trinity Advisory 2001 Company Limited-provides corporate finance and investment banking services
  • Trinity Information Company Limited-invests in securitization vehicle.
