"Trinity" was granted a private fund management license in August 2005, and in November 2005, the company provides a well-equipped work system. There is a clear and appropriate separation of duties between the fund manager and the operating department. The operation department will oversee and contact the custodian, including checking transactions, preparing reports, and reconciling assets with the custodian. The Board of Directors has assigned the Private Fund Management Committee to oversee and establish an appropriate investment framework. Investment risk management, including evaluating overall investment results to provide appropriate investment recommendations. The Company manages private funds with both domestic and foreign investment policies and invests in a variety of securities to meet the investment objectives of customers and diversify investment risks.

As of 31 December 2025, the Company had 111 private fund accounts, with total assets under management (AUM) decreasing from THB 3,072 million at the end of 2024 to THB 2,697 million at the end of 2025, representing a decline of 12%. The decrease was primarily attributable to persistent market volatility throughout 2025, driven by various factors including geopolitical tensions in the Middle East and the South China Sea, as well as the intensification of global trade conflicts following the United States’ implementation of significantly higher import tariffs. These factors contributed to heightened global economic uncertainty, including in the Thai equity market, leading some clients to rebalance their portfolios toward lower-risk assets.
